Dr. Philbin was very professional and answered all my questions. I was encouraged to come in as many times as necessary before my surgery to ask questions and try on the samples. The staff members in the surgical center were all very friendly and explained what they were doing as they were doing it and made sure all my questions were answered. The nurse gave me lots of instructions for my post-operative care and even called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery. My medical doctor even commented that they are the most natural looking and feeling she has ever seen. There is no hard capsule or other issues. I would go back to Dr. Philbin for any other cosmetic procedure. I felt like the staff and Dr. Philbin were always available and focused on making the procedure and experience positive and successful.*
