Surgical Consultation Deposit

Beginning September 1, 2026, a $100 deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve a surgical consultation at Edina Plastic Surgery. The deposit is applied in full toward the cost of your surgery. If you decide surgery is not the right step for you, the deposit can be transferred to any Skin Artisans location and used toward treatments or products.

Insurance-based consultations do not require the $100 deposit and will be billed accordingly to insurance.

This policy helps us protect dedicated time with our surgeons and keep appointment availability open for patients who are ready to be seen.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for more than 24 hours’ notice for any change to your appointment.

Reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice: your deposit moves with you to the new appointment.

• Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice: we will refund your deposit or transfer it to a Skin Artisans credit, based on your preference.
• Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice: the deposit is retained.
• Missed appointment/no show: the deposit is retained.

If you complete your consultation and decide surgery is not the right step for you, the deposit can be transferred to a Skin Artisans credit. The deposit is not eligible for a cash refund after the consultation has occurred.
