Dr. Philbin at EPS is an outstanding surgeon and person!! Some of the words I can use to describe him are, intelligent, knowledgeable, ethical, passionate, honest, caring, excellent bedside manner, empathetic, gentle, realistic, humble, listens, patient, understanding, interesting, funny, etc. The staff at EPS are fantastic!! I have had conversations with some of them who have shared stories about Dr. Philbin that are so heartwarming. They think very highly of him and his wife, which, as a patient, is so great to hear!! I completely trust and respect Dr. Philbin!!
