I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Philbin and the staff at Edina Plastic Surgery. Dr. Philbin was thorough and patient with all of my questions. I immediately felt at ease after meeting with him. I had multiple consultations lined but, however, after meeting Dr. Philbin I knew he was the right doctor for me. I would highly recommend him!
