53 year-old female with history of chronic back, neck and shoulder discomfort due to heavy breasts. 40H bra size requests smaller natural looking breasts. Breast reduction procedure removed 239grams from right breast, and 345grams from left. Patient also had an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of hips and waistline after having 1 child and gastric bypass. Post op photos at 4-months post-op.
