56-year-old female; 5’7” 195lbs who had 3 children and then lost 60lbs after pregnancy. The patient had excess skin and fat of her lower abdomen and a rectus diastasis. She underwent lipoabdominoplasty with removal of 4.2 lbs and 750 cc of fat. Patient also had a previous breast reduction over 20 years ago, and wanted restoration of breast, so a 400 cc low plus silicone implant was placed.
