This 32-year-old mother of 3 children is 5’3” and 166lbs. She came in to see Dr. Stewart to address the deflation she experienced in her breasts after having children. Dr. Stewart recommended a breast lift with breast augmentation. The patient underwent this surgery and had 410cc smooth round moderate Sientra HSC implants placed. She also had liposuction to the anterior axillary area and lateral chest wall. She was a DD to DDD bra prior to surgery and is now about the same cup size, she just fills out the bra differently.
