“64 yo with sub-glandular augmentation 40 years ago. Has bilateral grade 4 capsular contracture. Bilateral total capsulectomies removed ruptured implants and calcified capsular scar tissue. A simple replacement with Sientra 455ccs MP cohesive silicone gel implants restored a soft and natural breast. Because of the subglandular location of the implant, it was not advisable to do a lift due to blood flow concerns. After photos are 10-days after surgery.”
