This is a 22 year old female who is 5’1” and 120 lbs, who has not had children and who desired a breast augmentation. Note the patient has pectus excavatum at baseline. The patient had A cup breasts at baseline and desired an increase in size to a large C or a D. She underwent a breast augmentation with high profile Mentor Saline implants filled to 350 cc on the right and 360 cc on the left. She is about 6 weeks post op in her post op photos.
