40 yo, 5'5", 121 lbs. Breast augmentation. 34A/B pre-op went to a 34DD post-op using a mentor saline 500cc HP with 540cc fill on the right, and a 425 moderate plus with 425cc fill on the left. Larger implants were needed to help with a rib cage shape that tended to hide the natural breast.
