36 yo, 5' 7", 150 lbs. Breast augmentation. Patient wanted large and full breasts and went from a 36B to a 36DD. Mentor 630cc HP saline implants were used filled to 650cc fill. An infra-mammary approach and a bi-planar technique were used. 2 month photos.
