63-year-old female, 5'8" and 238 lbs at time of surgery, who had 2 children, who underwent an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction. Abdominal flap weight was 8.2 lbs and liposuction 1900cc. This completely changed the patient’s confidence and she started to activity lose weight. She is down 40 lbs. from surgery. Not only does she look great, but the patient is overall healthier, she has had multiple chronic medical conditions reverse.
