To say that Nikki has years of experience helping patients navigate their way through the medical world would be a severe understatement! With a Medical Assisting career that spans nearly three decades and encompasses five medical specialties, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to Edina Plastic Surgery. Her love of people and passion for helping everyone around her make Nikki a priceless addition to our surgical reception team!

Nikki fully appreciates what a big and personal decision it is to have plastic surgery. She knows that some patients initially feel intimated and overwhelmed. In turn, Nikki is devoted to making you feel comfortable, listened to, educated, and cared for, whether you are speaking with her over the phone or interacting with her in person at our clinic. Her warmth and sense of humor continuously win our patients over just as much as her efficient and accommodating nature does.

What inspires Niki most about plastic surgery is that it has the potential to truly change lives. She loves seeing our patients return for their follow-ups with a renewed sense of confidence and brimming with happiness. She has immense respect for our surgeons and her co-workers and how they work tirelessly to not only achieve wonderful results for our patients but also treat them with the caliber of care and respect they deserve.

When Nikki isn’t helping a patient over the phone or greeting you with a warm smile before your surgery, you can find her spending as much time as possible with her family, especially her grandsons! Like many Minnesotans, she loves heading to the cabin during the Summer and camping and kayaking. She is also a huge animal lover and frequently “fur-babysits” for friends in addition to having her own 5-year-old Brittany Springer Spaniel, “Fancy.”
