39 year old female, has had 4 children. Breasts, pre-op 36 DD, and wants to be C-cup. Performed breast reduction with abdominoplasty. Removed 279 grams right breast, 326 grams left breast. Post-op at 5 months. Also performed abdominoplasty with liposuction of hips and waistline. Included repair of rectus diastasis and small umbilical hernia.
