29-year-old female who originally had breast augmentation with saline 275cc moderate implants from another provider over 10 years ago. She also had a pregnancy after her original augmentation. She desired fuller looking breasts and also had some lateral displacement of her original implants, decreasing fullness in her cleavage line. She underwent implant removal with replacement of 385cc high profile HSC+ sientra silicone implants and lateral capsulorrhaphy. She is 3 months post-op.
