34 yo mother of 2 has changes of pregnancy and weight loss with breast ptosis and involution as well as skin laxity and diastasis recti. For her “mommy makeover”, she underwent a mastopexy with augmentation mammoplasty using Allergan (Natrelle) SSM 310 cc cohesive silicone gel implants bilaterally with a bi-planar technique. She also had classical abdominoplasty with muscle repair and removal of 0.5 lbs of abdominal skin. 6 week photos show tape in place to manage scar healing. (Tape is used for a minimum of 8 weeks to keep scars thin and flat.) She went from 34 small C to 34 full D.
