30-year-old female, 34B cup wants to be a full D cup. She has some breast asymmetry with left breast being larger than right and mild breast ptosis (or drop) of the left breast. Dr. Wilke performed a bilateral breast augmentation with peri-areolar lift of the left breast. Implants are submuscular through inframammary crease incision. Left breast is a Sientra gel high profile 470 cc, and the right is 505 cc. Post-op photos are 4-months after surgery.
