50 year old female with two children, 5’6” and 135 lbs. Desired more fullness in her breasts, but also very active, so wanted something very proportionate. She underwent a breast augmentation with saline implants, 250 cc moderate profile Mentor implants filled to 275 cc on the right and 265 cc on the left to correct for some baseline asymmetry.  Her posterior hips and abdomen were also trouble spots for her, so she underwent liposuction in these areas. Liposuction alone could not be done on the abdomen because of stretch marks so a mini-abdominoplasty was completed where just skin and fat was excised from the lower abdomen in addition to liposuction.
