36 year old female 5'5" 120 lbs who has had 4 children. She is very active and desired some modest fullness to achieve a full B cup. We chose Sientra HSC+ silicone implants due to her thin stature to minimize rippling as well as subpectoral placement of the implant. A 230 cc moderate profile implant was chosen to give her a less augmented look. Post-operative photos are about 7 weeks after surgery.
