55 year old female who had twins and a significant rectus diastasis. She was first seen in August 2019, with surgery completed in February 2020. We discussed her desire to lose about 10 lbs. I really encouraged her to schedule her surgery out a couple of months, to give herself time to lose the weight and maintain it, as this would help produce optimal results. She had liposuction of her posterior flanks with liposuction and abdominoplasty of her abdomen. Note due to her high belly button, she did have a vertical scar component to her abdominoplasty which is still low enough to be well hidden beneath underwear and bathing suits.
