Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Olivia was initially inspired to become a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the idea of a highly skilled medical team working together to improve patients’ lives. She has always possessed a keen eye for detail, a love of teamwork, and a strident level of professionalism. Entering the medical field seemed like the perfect way to meld her passions and positively impact people’s lives. As a result, she earned her CST certification from Rochester Community College in 2021 and had the great privilege of obtaining her clinical training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

To say that Olivia is a perfectionist would be an understatement. She has always believed that the tiniest detail counts, which makes her ideally suited for the plastic surgery specialty! As a CST, she is responsible for preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, assisting our surgeons, and ensuring that the entire surgery environment maintains the utmost level of cleanliness and sterilization. Olivia takes her role very seriously and appreciates its impact on our patients’ health and the success of their surgery.

Olivia is ecstatic to work with a team that mirrors her dedication and continuously strives to deliver the best patient experience. She feels motivated daily by her coworker’s commitment to excellence and the warmth and compassion they show our patients and each other. Olivia feels honored to play a role in enhancing people’s lives and elevating their self-confidence through plastic surgery.

When outside of work, Olivia can be found cuddled up with her beloved cat while reading a book, listening to music, or going for a long walk. She cherishes the simple things in life and prioritizes being a good, kind person above all other things.
