This is a 42 year old female who is 5’7” and 126 lbs who desired a mommy makeover involving her breasts and abdomen. She has had four children. She desired fuller breasts and nipple reduction after pregnancy. She had a breast augmentation with silicone implants (285 cc Sientra HSC+) and nipple reduction. She is now a large B or a small C cup bra size from an A cup. She also desired a flatter abdomen and removal of excess skin and stretch marks of her lower abdomen. The patient underwent abdominoplasty without liposuction. You will notice a vertical portion of her abdominoplasty incision due to a higher umbilicus as well as having less excess skin than average. Photos are about 6 weeks post-op and scars are still in their maturation phase.
