Perioperative Nurse

An inherent drive to nurture, heal and empower others is what initially drew Lindsay to a career in nursing. After becoming a Registered Nurse, Lindsay broadened and expanded her skills to include specialties in Emergency Medicine, Trauma Nursing, Emergency Nursing Pediatrics, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology. As part of Edina Plastic Surgery’s Perioperative Nursing team, she utilizes her extensive experience to help our patients achieve the safest and most successful outcomes from their surgery.

Lindsay personifies professionalism and competency with her strong background in critical care and emergency medicine. She respects the immense responsibility Edina Plastic Surgery has to our patients and approaches each surgery with unparalleled organization and preparation.

Lindsay balances the seriousness she has in her profession with an incredibly warm, friendly, and charismatic personality. She strives to make each patient feel positive, safe, secure, and happy when under her care. Lindsay puts a high degree of emphasis on continuously giving her all in everything she does while prioritizing patient privacy, respect, honesty, and trust.

Like so many of her co-workers, Lindsay appreciates that it can be life-changing when someone loves their appearance and looks their best. This confidence can have a domino effect on almost every other aspect of their lives. She loves being a part of this transformation for patients and finds it immensely gratifying.

When outside of work, Lindsay’s adventurous nature fuels her passions. She loves the outdoors and can be found exploring new hiking trails, planning a downhill skiing trip, or camping with friends and family. Lindsay values personal growth and feels it is essential to seek out discomfort in life and face your fears to become the best version of yourself!
