67 year old female, 5’4”, 151 lbs with history of saline breast augmentation in 2006, moderate profile mentor saline implants, filled to 275cc. She was interested in reduction of breast size, repair of lateralization of her pocket. We removed the saline implants and replaced them with 220cc low profile Sientra HSC implants and lateral capsulorrhaphy and liposuction.
