44 yo had previously underwent breast augmentation using a 350 cc gel implant. She felt the breast were too large and wanted to address the abdomen as well. For her “mommy makeover” she underwent explant of intact gel implants with mastopexy  combined with classic abdominoplasty doing a muscle repair and liposuction shaping of the torso. Fat aspirated was 1,300 ccs and skin and abdominal fat weighed 2.5 lbs. Photos 6 months post-op.
