This is a 36 year old female who is 5’0” and 100 lbs. She was a 32A prior to surgery and desired to be a D cup post-operatively. A 305 cc Sientra moderate plus silicone implant was placed in a submuscular position via an inframammary fold incision. The patient is 6 weeks post-op.
