55-year old female presents with excess fatty deposits of the flanks and thighs as well as weakness of the abdominal wall and fatty deposit of the abdomen. She underwent an abdominoplasty and suction-assisted lipectomy of the flanks, medial and lateral thighs and medial knees. Postop photos were taken four months after surgery.
