36 year old female has been unhappy with the appearance of the body since three children were born. She had laxity of the abdominal wall and muscle as well as lipodystrophy of the abdomen, hips and circumferential thighs. Patient underwent ultrasonic assisted lipectomy and suction assisted lipectomy of he hips and circumferential thighs as well as abdominoplasty. Patient had touchup suction of the hip region approximately two years after initial surgery. Final photos were taken about one month following her secondary procedure.
