55 year-old patient with excess fatty deposits in the flanks, lateral and medial thighs, medial knees and abdomen desires contouring of these areas. She underwent an abdominoplasty and suction assisted lipectomy of the lateral and medial thighs, medial knees and flanks. Post-op photos were taken approximately three months following surgery.
